SecureMode Rapid Restore create a hidden, protected partition on the primary
hard drive, and then back up the entire system including all
data files onto this partition.
- How are SecureMode Rapid Restore PC, SecureMode Rapid Restore PRO, and SecureMode Rapid
Restore Server backups created?
The One Button Restore® Manager is the backbone of SecureMode Rapid
Restore PC's image and data management capabilities and is accessible
from several access points including its Windows and Pre-OS
interfaces. In addition, SecureMode Rapid Restore PRO and SecureMode Rapid Restore
Server Flexible OBRM supports backup data redundancy as well
as external USB drives. In addition, SecureMode Rapid Restore PC, SecureMode Rapid
Restore PRO, and SecureMode Rapid Restore Server are easily extendible
to support remote management with the purchase of SecureMode Rapid Restore
Enterprise.
- Windows Graphical User Inter face (Windows Inter face)
In the event of the deletion of essential data, a computer
virus, or any other catastrophe requiring a user to revert
to a previous hard disk state, the OBRM's graphical user
interface can initiate a full or single file restoration.
- Before Windows Starts (Pre-Operating System Interface)
In the event of a complete operating system failure, or
if a user is unable to boot to Windows, the One Button Restore
Manager's pre-operating system interface can initiate a
full restoration. The pre-OS interface is assessable at
boot time by pressing the F11 key. The OBRM pre-OS interface
operates at the BIOS level and redirects the system to boot
from SecureMode Rapid Restore PC's boot manager.
